Grandcrest Consulting
The Structure Experts™
A 3 to 4 week engagement that audits how your business runs, redesigns the parts costing you time, and builds systems your team can actually follow.
30 minutes · No obligation · Flat fee
The Breaking Point
Most businesses reach a point where decisions pile up, processes live in people's heads, and new team members take months to get up to speed. The founder becomes the bottleneck, not because they're doing anything wrong, but because the business was never designed to run without them.
Sound familiar? It's entirely fixable.
Your team can't move without your sign-off. Growth means more noise, not less.
When someone leaves or gets sick, critical knowledge walks out with them.
New hires learn by shadowing. Nothing is written down for them to follow.
Good intentions and gut feel keep things moving, until they don't.
The Solution
Clear Structure. Stronger Business.
A done-with-you engagement that diagnoses what's breaking down, redesigns your operational backbone, and hands you a documented system your team can follow, all within a single month.
No generic templates. No theoretical frameworks. Built around your business, your team, and your specific gaps.
The Framework
Week 1 · Days 1-3
A diagnostic of how your business currently runs. We map core functions, identify bottlenecks and dependencies and produce a written Audit Report with prioritised findings before any redesign begins.
Weeks 1-2 · Days 4-8
Using audit findings, we redesign your operational structure, clarifying ownership, cleaning up handoffs, eliminating duplication. You see the blueprint before we build anything.
Weeks 2-3 · Days 9-18
We document your highest-impact processes, the ones causing the most chaos. Delivered as a clean SOP library and a concise Internal Operations Handbook.
Weeks 3-4 · Days 19-24
We define roles, decision rights, and a delegation framework for your team. Then we walk through the new systems together so adoption actually happens.
Weeks 6-8 · Post-delivery
A 60-minute review session to check what's working and where you are in implementation. Includes minor document updates. Included in the fee.
What You Receive
Gap analysis and prioritised recommendations for your operational foundation.
Visual workflows for all core functions, clear, shareable, team-ready.
Your highest-impact processes, fully documented for your team to follow.
A concise single source of operational truth for your team.
Roles, ownership, and decision rights so your team knows what they own.
60-minute check-in at weeks 6 to 8 with minor document updates included.
Investment
Scope is confirmed on your discovery call. You know the number before you sign, no hourly billing, no scope creep charges.
Best for solo operators and micro-teams (1 to 3 people) with 3 to 5 core business functions.
Best for teams of 3 to 10 with 6+ functions, or a need for full team onboarding and delegation structure.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. The Structure Blueprint is designed for business owners with 1 to 15 team members, whether full-time staff, contractors, or a mix. The smaller your team, the more critical clear systems become. This engagement builds infrastructure that scales with you, not around you.
Roughly 2 to 3 hours per week, primarily in working sessions and reviewing deliverables. The goal is to give you time back, not take more of it. Most of the build work happens between sessions.
The audit is embedded within the Blueprint and is not sold separately. An audit without a build plan leaves you with a list of problems and no solutions. The value is in the full journey, from diagnosis to delivery.
Scope is agreed before we begin, so this is uncommon. If unforeseen complexity comes up, we discuss it openly. A short extension at a day rate, or a scope adjustment, is always on the table. Surprises are minimised by scoping properly at the front end.
You receive all deliverables in full, yours to use, adapt, and build on. The implementation review at weeks 6 to 8 is included in the fee. Ongoing advisory retainers are available separately for clients who want continued support beyond the project.
Ready to Build?
